All our rings are made to order and done on a piece by piece basis. We have began working with local Jewelers in Tokyo who have decades of experience and handmake each piece. The potsnsilver team processes orders on a weekly basis, every Sunday 5pm JPT​

The process starts with our proprietary ring designs that have previously been carved in wax by Joshua Taylor. Using these molds, Rin from the PNS team handpicks each stone and works with our partner jewelers to cast, finish and set the rings which takes around 2 weeks, after of which we ship to our customers via airmail which takes 7-8 business days. ​

All our silver rings are made with solid 925 sterling silver with a high polish finish. Silver will last a lifetime, but the exterior can be susceptible to tarnishing and blemishes, which can be prone to appear on highly polished silver.

All orders include a polishing cloth which is treated with anti-tarnish product. If your ring becomes tarnished over time, simply polishing it with the provided cloth should do the trick. The cloth should be held in a sealed container to prevent it drying out. Please reach out via our contact page or Instagram if you need any further assistance with proper silver care​
